Rwanda, Congo leaders to meet in Angola amid tensions

Congo’s President Felix Tshisekedi will meet with his Rwandan counterpart Paul Kagame in Angola amid rising tensions between the two neighboring countries, a Congolese government spokesman said.

The two leaders on Wednesday will discuss bilateral relations and the armed conflict in eastern Congo, where M23 rebels last month took a town near the Uganda border, Congo spokesman Patrick Muyaya told The Associated Press Tuesday.

펠릭스 치세케디 콩고 대통령은 르완다 대통령 폴 카가메를 앙골라에서 만날 예정이라고 콩고 정부 대변인이 밝혔다.

패트릭 무야야 콩고 대변인은 "두 정상은 지난달 M23 반군이 우간다 국경 인근 마을을 점령한 콩고 동부에서 양국 관계와 무력 충돌에 대해 논의할 것"이라고 화요일 밝혔다.
