우크라이나, 후퇴하는 러시아군에 의한 잔혹 행위 문서화

일요일 우크라이나 당국은 러시아군이 키이우 외곽에서 철수한 후 손이 묶이고 머리에 총상을 입는 등 고문 흔적이 있는 잔혹한 시신들을 발견했다고 밝혔다.

수도 북서쪽의 작은 도시인 부차에서 AP통신 기자들은 가까운 거리에서 살해된 것으로 보이는 민간인 복장을 한 최소 9명의 시신을 목격했다. 이 중 적어도 두 명은 뒷짐 지고 있었다. AP통신은 또한 플라스틱으로 싸인 시신 2구가 테이프로 묶여 도랑에 던져지는 것을 목격했다고 밝혔다.

Ukraine’s troops found brutalized bodies with bound hands, gunshot wounds to the head and signs of torture after Russian soldiers withdrew from the outskirts of Kyiv, authorities said Sunday, sparking new calls for a war crimes investigation and sanctions against Russia.

Associated Press journalists in Bucha, a small city northwest of the capital, saw the bodies of at least nine people in civilian clothes who appeared to have been killed at close range. At least two had their hands tied behind their backs. The AP also saw two bodies wrapped in plastic, bound with tape and thrown into a ditch.
