트럼프, 페이스북, 트위터 및 유튜브에 소송 제기 

도널드 트럼프 전 대통령이 자신과 다른 보수주의자들이 부당하게 검열을 받았다며 미국 최대 기술기업 3곳을 상대로 소송을 제기했다. 그러나 법률 전문가들은 기존의 판례와 법적 보호를 고려할 때 소송은 실패할 가능성이 높다고 말한다.

수요일 트럼프는 미국 뉴저지 주에서 가진 기자회견에서 페이스북, 트위터, 구글 유튜브의 마크 저커버그, 잭 도시, 순다 피차이에게 계정 복원을 요구하는 성명을 발표했다. 

Trump files suit against Facebook, Twitter and YouTube 

Former President Donald Trump has filed suit against three of the country’s biggest tech companies, claiming he and other conservatives have been wrongfully censored. But legal experts say the suits are likely doomed to fail, given existing precedent and legal protections. 

Trump announced the action against Facebook, Twitter and Google’s YouTube, along with the companies’ Mark Zuckerberg, Jack Dorsey and Sundar Pichai, at a press conference Wednesday in New Jersey, where he demanded that his accounts be reinstated.
